Meet the Team Click here to view our team structure Carewatch have taken an innovative approach to embedding the Dignity Challenge into the workplace during the Carewatch Dignity Week, through a series of themed workshops. Staff members attended the week long rolling programme of workshops and were invited to identify one key dignity skill that they would take away and use in their everyday work. All of the identified key dignity skills were gathered together and a Dignity Charter for people who both use Carewatch Services, and carers who support those people, has been created. |
