Training
All care workers are trained to a level that will enable them to provide exceptional care services to the service users that they visit in their own homes. Carewatch believes that by providing first class on-going training to all staff members, those staff feel supported, valued and are able to undertake their duties both competently and confidently.
All in house training is provided free to all staff members at our dedicated training centre.

All care workers are provided with an extensive induction training programme, fully compliant with the Skills for Care Common Induction Standards and much more including
